A 53-year-old man was killed in his yard and another civilian was injured in a Russian grenade-dropping drone attack on a farm in Ukraine's frontline Kherson Oblast, the regional Prosecutor's Office reported on Telegram on June 14.
The exact location of the attack was not disclosed.
Law enforcement officers have opened a criminal investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder, under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In a similar attack on June 8, Russian forces dropped explosives on an ambulance responding to a shelling call in the Bilozerka municipality of Kherson Oblast.
“A driver was injured by the explosion. Today, a paramedic of the medical team also turned to the hospital for help. The victim was diagnosed with a concussion,” regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin wrote on Telegram.
