Russian-occupied Crimea was subjected to a drone attack on June 15, reported Sergey Aksyonov, the Kremlin-appointed “head” of the occupied peninsula.

He claimed that nine unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were detected over Crimea during the night and early morning hours. Of these, six were successfully neutralized by air defense systems, while three were jammed and forced to land using electronic warfare tactics.

He alleged that one drone exploded in the Krasnogvardeysky district, specifically in the village of Dokuchayevsk.

No casualties were reported in the incident, though the blast shattered windows in several buildings.

Earlier reports from the National Resistance Center have said that the Russian occupiers in Crimea have stepped up their hunt for underground resistance in the region.
