Russian invaders strike Sumy medical facility, hitting patient evacuation five times

Rescuers quickly responded to a fire and began extinguishing it while evacuating patients and medical staff to a shelter.
During the operation, Russian invaders launched five additional strikes, partially destroying the shelter where 22 patients were trapped, including seven with limited mobility.
Thanks to the swift actions of emergency responders, all were safely freed and relocated.
There were no civilian casualties, and a total of 60 people were evacuated.
Earlier reports indicated Russia targeted two hospitals in Sumy Oblast with drones — one hitting the roof of a hospital in the Krasnopol community and the other striking the roof of a regional clinical hospital.
On the night of March 19, Russian forces launched 145 Shahed-131/136 attack drones, various types of simulator drones, two Iskander-M ballistic missiles, and four S-300 anti-aircraft missiles at Ukraine.
Air defense forces downed 72 drones, while another 56 simulator drones were lost in the field, causing no further damage.
