Three districts in Kherson are partially without electricity following a series of Russian strikes, regional Governor Olexander Prokudin reported on Telegram on Nov. 12.

The Dniprovskyi, Korabelnyi, and Central districts are affected.

Electric public transportation has been temporarily suspended, and water supply interruptions are possible. Emergency efforts to restore power are underway.

Over the past day, Russian forces struck several critical transport and social infrastructure facilities in the oblast. The attacks damaged three high-rise apartment buildings, 11 private homes, businesses, and a gas pipeline, leaving five people injured.

Earlier in the day, the national energy operator Ukrenergo reported that Russian troops targeted energy facilities across Ukraine overnight. Rolling blackouts were introduced in most regions of the country.
