The Russians have long ignored the problem until it reached
a “threatening level” of suicides.
“Local psychologists have not dealt with the psyche of the
invaders. Now they are waiting for the Russian (specialists),” he said.
Lysohor also said that Russian military recruiters have
begun requiring men to voluntarily report to the commissariat every month in
occupied Rubizhne. Failure to have a “recent stamp on their documents when
checked is another reason for mobilization.”
On March 30, Lysohor reported that Russian occupation authorities in the occupied Luhansk Oblast had issued a “decree” announcing a new wave of forced conscription of the region’s residents, to last from April to July.
