At the same time, she added that the occupiers are trying to pack looted things and send them home. Also, they often change into civilian clothes and disguise their positions.

On March 23, the General Staff announced that the Russian occupiers had completely abandoned the city of Nova Kakhovka in Kherson Oblast on March 22.

However, the General Staff soon acknowledged that the report on the withdrawal of the invaders from Nova Kakhovka “was published due to the incorrect use of available data.”

Nova Kakhovka was captured by the Russian invaders in the first days of the full-scale invasion. It is located on the left bank of the Dnipro River. It lies next to a strategically important bridge and the hydroelectric power station dam across the Dnipro reservoir.
