Russian forces launch combined attack on Kremenchuk, thousands left without gas

The attack damaged equipment in an industrial plant, several vehicles, and a number of storage facilities belonging to a transport company.

Reports indicate widespread damage to private homes in two locations. No injuries have been reported.

The attack left thousands of residents in Poltava Oblast without gas.

More than 2,000 households remain without electricity due to adverse weather conditions.

Local authorities confirmed that emergency crews are working to restore power.

Russian forces launched a large-scale missile and drone attack on Kyiv on May 14, which continued throughout the night and into the morning. Preliminary reports indicate that one person was killed and 40 others were injured. The attack caused a nine-story building in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district to collapse, trapping people under rubble.

Seven people were wounded, including a three-year-old child, in a Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast. High-rise buildings, private homes, and enterprises across six districts sustained damage in the attack.

Explosions were also reported overnight in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhya, and Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

Russia launched 56 missiles and 675 UAVs at Ukraine overnight. The Ukrainian Air Force shot down and neutralized 41 missiles and 652 enemy UAVs.

This follows a separate massive assault on May 13, when Russia attacked Ukraine with 753 drones, primarily targeting the country's western oblasts.
