The Ukrainian parliament has approved the resignation of three lawmakers on Dec. 8, Yaroslav Zheleznyak MP reported via Telegram.
It involves Maksym Yefimov (Recovery parliamentary faction), Dmytro Shpenov (independent), and Vitaliy Danilov (Batkivshchyna party). According to Zheleznyak, as Yefimov and Shpenov were in the ruling majority, their seats will remain vacant until the end of martial law. Danilov will be replaced by another individual on the party list.
"There are currently 401 MPs remaining in the Verkhovna Rada, setting an anti-record," Zheleznyak adds.
The three former MPs submitted their resignation letters to the parliament in recent weeks.
