"I think we’ll speak," NBC News quoted Trump on the matter.
He also mentioned that on Nov. 6, he spoke with "roughly" 70 global leaders, including Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, describing their conversation as "very good."
Trump noted that he spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy but did not disclose details of the conversation.
Earlier on Nov. 7, Russian propaganda outlet RIA Novosti reported that Putin praised Trump, stating that “a dull and uninteresting person could not have achieved the highest office in the United States.”
Putin expressed a change in attitude toward negotiations with the United States and showed willingness for talks with Trump, having previously dismissed engaging with U.S. President Joe Biden.
