British Foreign Secretary David Lammy arrived in Kyiv and was met at the capital's railway station by Ukrainian Ambassador to the U.K. Valerii Zaluzhnyi, who announced it on Telegram on Feb. 5.
“I welcome U.K. Foreign Secretary David Lammy to Ukraine. We will discuss further cooperation and joint projects to strengthen Ukraine’s security. I am grateful to the U.K. for standing with us in these difficult times,” Ukrainian Ambassador to the U.K. Valerii Zaluzhnyi wrote on Telegram.
The two leaders also signed a 100-year defense partnership agreement between Ukraine and the U.K.
