The ministry has also codified the new Ukrainian-made
system, formally adding it to the country’s arsenal.
Khyzhak has been certified for operational deployment in the
Armed Forces and can be mounted either in a stationary position or on a mobile
platform.
It is equipped with 7.62 mm machine guns that support both
Soviet-type and NATO-standard ammunition. The remote module is capable of
engaging targets at typical infantry combat distances.
Khyzhak can track and fire on ground or aerial targets
across multiple axes. Its stabilized platform allows it to maintain accuracy
even while moving.
The system is designed to enhance the effectiveness and
safety of Ukrainian troops by allowing remote engagement of targets with
minimal risk to its operators.
