All six Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 drones launched against Khmelnytskyi Oblast from the north in the early hours of June 21 have been downed, but the threat of further attacks remains, a Ukrainian Air Force spokesman said on June 21.

A house in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, located in the west of Ukraine, was set on fire due to falling debris. Emergency power outages were also introduced in that area, as reported by the local power operator Khmelnytskoblenergo. However, the power supply was expected to be restored by 8 am.

Four reconnaissance drones of various types were intercepted as well.

Meanwhile, the Marhanets District in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, located in the east of Ukraine, was shelled late on June 20. There were no casualties, said regional governor Serhiy Lysak.

The day before on June 20, Russia also launched a massive attack on Ukraine. According to the military, 32 out of 35 Shahed kamikaze drones were shot down, including 20 of them over Kyiv. Three hits were recorded on a critical infrastructure facility in Lviv.
