Umerov made the comment after the group’s latest meeting in Brussels earlier that day.
“Ramstein is a crucial platform for us: it is the primary forum for delivering arms, military equipment and ammunition,” the minister told reporters.
“Every country that supports us is very important. We spoke with the leaders of all nine coalitions, and today we signed an agreement to form a new electronic warfare coalition. We will continue to cooperate with everyone.”
“I will propose that we hold their meeting in Ukraine so that colleagues from each coalition can come here, meet with our security and defense officials and engage with our defense industry. It will be a new format. We will announce further steps later.”
Umerov also added that Ukraine’s allies committed to deliver EUR21 billion ($24 billion) in military to Kyiv.
“Very grateful to our partners for their support; Today we received 21 billion euros—a powerful package and substantial assistance,” he said.
About 40 countries participated in the April 11 Ramstein meeting in Brussels. The UK and Germany chaired the session, the United States was represented by a delegation and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth joining remotely.
