Ukraine recieved first equipment from IT coalition / The New Voice of Ukraine

Ukraine's Ministry of Defense announced on May 3 that the country has received its first shipment of equipment valued at nearly 900,000 euros from the IT Coalition program.

This initial delivery included laptops, monitors, and other crucial communication gear, funded through the NATO Support and Procurement Agency.

The equipment is set to be distributed to combat units to enhance their communication capabilities and improve tactical planning, according to the Ministry.

The IT Coalition, which was formed during a meeting at Germany's Ramstein base on September 19, is co-led by Estonia and Luxembourg. To date, the coalition has amassed over $38.5 million in financial and in-kind contributions, with an additional $24.7 million expected.

Initiative involves 12 countries: Ukraine, Belgium, United Kingdom, Denmark, Estonia, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and Japan. In January 2024, Netherlands joined the coalition.
