A production designer at a local television channel in Kharkiv Oblast turned out to be a Kremlin agent, who, using 20 years of professional experience, developed leaflet layouts and video clips aimed at providing “moral and psychological support” of Russian troops.
Several more members of the propaganda network were exposed in Dnipropetrovsk and Rivne oblasts.
At the same time, in addition to spreading anti-Ukrainian content, one of them promoted communist ideas and spread totalitarian symbols banned in Ukraine.
“Currently, all of the exposed members of the network have been charged with crimes against the state security of Ukraine,” the SBU said.
“The issue of applying a measure of restraint in the form of detention is being considered.”
