Ukraine has not yet received details about possible restrictions on U.S. intelligence access, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said at a joint press conference with Germany’s Defense Minister in Berlin, adding that alternatives are being explored on March 6.

The head of Ukraine's defense department confirmed that while the country has not received details on how U.S. intelligence sharing will be limited, alternatives are already being explored.

"If necessary, we will receive this data from Germany as well," he said.

Earlier, French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu indicated that France could provide its intelligence to Ukraine as the U.S. pauses its assistance.

On March 5, The Economist reported that the U.S. had cut off a key intelligence channel for transmitting warnings to Ukraine, including data for guiding HIMARS artillery systems.

White House National Security Advisor Michael Waltz confirmed on March 6 that the U.S. had suspended its intelligence sharing with Ukraine.
