He mentioned the latest Russian attack on Odesa, where 21 people were killed, and promised that Russia would receive a military response to this crime.
"In these weeks, many have already seen that the Russian system of war has vulnerabilities and that we can exploit these vulnerabilities with our weapons," Zelenskyy said.
He thanked the Armed Forces, SBU, HUR and Ukrainian defense industry for "new Ukrainian long-range capability" including "our own drones."
"Ukraine will now always have its own striking force in the sky," the President added.
Over the past week, several Russian refineries in different regions of Russia have been attacked by drones. Ukrainian intelligence and the Security Service of Ukraine confirmed their involvement in some of these attacks in comments to NV.
On March 16, a fire broke out at two oil refineries in Samara Oblast of Russian Federation, and Russian media reported that it was because of a drone attack.
On March 13, drones attacked Voronezh, Kursk, Belgorod, Bryansk, Leningrad, and Lipetsk oblasts of Russia, as well as an oil refinery in Ryazan, where a serious fire broke out.
On March 12, drones attacked Kursk, Belgorod, Tula, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, Bryansk, Leningrad, Orel oblasts, as well as Moscow. In the city of Orel, explosions were heard near an oil depot where a fire broke out. A Lukoil oil depot in the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast was also on fire.
