Ukrainian forces strike Russian drone launch sites in occupied Donetsk and Crimea – General Staff

The General Staff said Ukrainian forces struck Russian facilities used to store, prepare and launch attack drones near Donetsk and Hvardiiske in occupied Crimea.
In addition, a Russian electronic warfare system was struck near Znamianka on the peninsula. The extent of the damage to the targets is still being assessed.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine also struck a drone command post in Berestky, Donetsk Oblast. According to the General Staff, the destruction of a Russian Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system near Klintsy in Russia’s Bryansk Oblast on Aug. 28 was also confirmed.
Overnight Aug. 29, drones attacked Russia’s Rostov Oblast, with explosions reported in Rostov-on-Don and Aksai. Drone debris fell on warehouse facilities in the Aksai district, where warehouses belonging to Russian online retailer DNS are located, according to the Exilenova+ Telegram channel. A large fire broke out afterward.
