Ukraine strikes Russian drone-control relay and Henichesk Strait bridge

A strike hit the export terminal grounds in Rostov Oblast and sparked a fire.

The relay station near Zaliznyi Port in Kherson Oblast was used to control Geran and Gerbera drones. The equipment extends the range of drone control and improves the resilience and quality of command links used in attacks on Ukraine, the General Staff reported.

Ukrainian forces also struck a road bridge across the Henichesk Strait in Kherson Oblast that Russian troops use for military logistics in occupied southern Ukraine.

Other targets included a Russian repair unit in Kadiivka; a fuel and lubricants depot in Simeikyne, Luhansk Oblast; and a Russian military materiel depot in Perevalne, Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the General Staff reported.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously confirmed long-range strikes by Ukraine’s Defense Forces on Russian export and oil facilities in Rostov and Yaroslavl oblasts and the Udmurt Republic.
