Ukraine's Ministry of Defense will launch a digital rating system for commanders' combat effectiveness in the Army + app, Deputy Defense Minister Kateryna Chernohorenko announced on Jan. 3.
Deputy Defense Minister Kateryna Chernohorenko said the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a resolution allowing commanders to submit reports on Russian occupiers’ defeats via the Army+ app.
Reports will be quick and paperless, with DELTA combat system data attached, and sent to Ukraine’s General Staff.
The system aims to create a unified dashboard to track enemy destruction and evaluate military effectiveness, including equipment and ammunition.
It will also help prioritize weapons production and supply.
Chernohorenko called it a revolution, emphasizing that decisions will be data-driven rather than made intuitively.
