Overnight Russian drone attack leaves one injured, civilian infrastructure damaged - key highlights

The attack triggered repeated air raid alerts overnight in Poltava, Sumy, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Kyiv oblasts, with explosions reported in Chernihiv Oblast and Sumy.
It became known about one casualty in Sumy.
"At least one person was hospitalized with injuries after the morning Russian attack on Sumy," regional governor Oleksii Drozdenko wrote on Telegram, also reporting temporary gas and power outages.
Civilian infrastructure was damaged in Chernihiv Oblast, fortunately, leading to no casualties.
"We had several attacks by enemy drones. Civilian infrastructure. No casualties so far,” Chernihiv Oblast Governor Vyacheslav Chaus wrote on Telegram shortly after his initial report of the attack on civilian infrastructure in the town of Bakhmach.
"Emergency services are dealing with the attack aftermath. We are grateful to them and our defense forces," he added.
The enemy also fired two Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles at Ukraine.
