Ukraine’s special forces raid Russian territory, ambush kills 3 troops — video

According to the report, the combat group conducted a special reconnaissance mission in one of Russia’s oblasts.

During the operation, Ukrainian fighters set up an ambush targeting enemy transport. As a result, three Russian servicemen and their vehicle were destroyed.

“We stirred things up in the enemy’s rear,” the Special Operations Forces said, sharing footage from the mission.

After completing the assignment, the special forces unit returned to Ukrainian territory with documents and weapons belonging to the eliminated Russian troops. Among the recovered items was an autonomous motion sensor used by Russia’s FSB Border Guard Service to secure the perimeter of the state border.

On Sept. 22, Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces also reported a strike on a Russian S-400 Triumf air-defense system in Kaluga Oblast.
