Russian Shahed drones strike passenger train bound for Kherson

Russian forces attacked a passenger train bound for Kherson with several Shahed drones, regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin said on Sept. 5.
Two locomotives were damaged in the attack. A 55-year-old railway worker was injured and hospitalized in moderate condition.
According to Prokudin, the woman suffered an arm injury, a concussion, blast injuries and a closed head injury.
Around noon on Sept. 5, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of jet-powered drones heading toward Kherson.
On Sept. 2, Ukrainian Railways reported a drone strike near the Odesa-Dnipro passenger train No. 53/54. Passengers had been evacuated in advance, and no injuries were reported.
