Russia targeted energy infrastructure in Ukraine's Chernihiv and Donetsk oblasts, prompting scheduled power outages across several areas from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Ukraine's Energy Ministry reported on Oct. 28.
Additionally, in certain regions from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., capacity limitation schedules will apply to industrial consumers.
Current schedules are posted on the official resources of regional distribution system operators, the ministry said. Changes in power supply can be found on the pages of your regional companies.
