Zelenskyy said Russian forces carried out another mass drone attack during the day. More than 400 UAVs were detected in Ukrainian airspace, including more than 250 Shahed attack drones.
"The density of the attack was high, and although the shoot-down rate was high — 388 drones were shot down — there were still strikes: Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Vinnytsia, other oblasts and our communities," he said.
Zelenskyy said Ukraine and its partners are continuously
working to supply the air-defense components needed to protect against
missiles. He said necessary deliveries were made in April and the PURL
(Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List) program was replenished.
