Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsakhkna shared a photo of himself and Estonian Ambassador Anneli Kolk greeting President Zelenskyy and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on their arrival.
"It is a great honor to welcome our good friends and allies, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Dmytro Kuleba. to Tallinn,” Minister Tsakhkna wrote. “We send the message that Estonia stands firmly by Ukraine's side, and together we will win this war!"
The visit comes after Zelenskyy made an unannounced trip to Vilnius, Lithuania on Jan. 10, where he spoke with Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda, the Prime Minister, and the Speaker of the Seimas. The Ukrainian President also met with representatives from various political factions and members of the Ukrainian community.
Following the visits to Lithuania and Estonia, Zelenskyy plans to travel to Latvia. He is also expected to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, from January 15 to 19.
