Russia will step up hybrid attacks beyond NATO as Ukraine offers partners help — Zelenskyy

“Russia will continue hybrid attacks against various countries, not only NATO members. We are seeing hybrid attacks and drone attacks against Moldova, which is not a member of NATO or the European Union, as well as against Germany, Romania and other countries. We have offered our assistance to various countries, primarily, of course, to those that are helping us during the war,” he said.

Zelenskyy stressed that bilateral Drone Deal agreements involve not only the joint production or supply of drones and missiles but also the exchange of expertise.

The president also said Ukraine would receive licenses to produce Patriot missiles capable of intercepting ballistic missiles.

In addition, he said the United States has proposed holding a trilateral meeting with representatives of Ukraine and Russia in the United Arab Emirates.

The Ukrainian leader also said he expects to receive information from the U.S. side on the results of talks between U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping regarding the war in Ukraine.
