Drones strike major chemical plant in Ivanovo Oblast – Russian media

Explosions were reported in the city of Kineshma, in Russia’s Ivanovo Oblast, the Dmitrievsky Chemical Plant may have been targeted, Russian Telegram channels wrote on May 26.

The residents reported at least two explosions in the area of the chemical facility.

Local authorities confirmed a drone attack and the “fall of debris” in the city’s industrial zone but claimed that only a packaging storage building was damaged in the strike.
