Recorded by a local resident, footage of U.S. film actor and UN Goodwill Ambassador Ben Stiller walking around Lviv had begun to circulate on video-sharing social media platform TikTok on June 18.
Earlier reports said Stiller met with Ukrainian refugees in Poland.
Jolie arrived in Lviv on April 30 and was spotted in one of the city’s cafes. She visited Ukrainian children, who were injured in the Russian missile strike at the Kramatorsk train station, and spoke with internally displaced Ukrainians at Lviv’s railway station.
In her official statement, Jolie said she was deeply impressed by the courage and resilience of the Ukrainian people.
