Ukrainian rescuers join viral TikTok dance trend

Ukrainian emergency responders joined a popular TikTok trend and showcased their dance moves for social media, Internal Affairs Ministry wrote on its TikTok account and shared a video on Jan. 25.

The clip features several rescue workers dancing to La La La by Naughty Boy ft. Sam Smith.

"Ukrainian rescuers joined the trend," the caption reads, tagging a Canadian firefighter who frequently dances in uniform on TikTok.

The lighthearted video quickly went viral, amassing over 1.2 million views, 122,000 likes, and more than 1,300 comments in just two days.

Viewers flooded the comment section with witty and humorous remarks, often tying the dance trend to Ukraine's ongoing resilience.

One user, ameericoss, quipped: "Called the firefighters because Moscow was on fire—meanwhile, the firefighters:" referencing the playful nature of the video.

The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
