The number of victims in a Russian strike on a residential building in Dnipro has risen to 35, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko reported on Telegram on Jan. 16.

Several more people were pulled from under the rubble, he wrote.

Reznichenko also reported that 39 people have been rescued from the rubble. There have been 75 people injured, including 14 children.

35 people remain missing. As of time of publication, the rescue work has been going on for 40 hours.
