There was an “attack on an industrial facility” in the Grayvoronsky district of Russia’s Belgorod Oblast on Nov. 6, with a solvent tank being set on fire, Belgorod Oblast Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote on the Telegram messenger on Nov. 6.
Even before the governor’s statement, videos of a massive fire appeared on local Telegram channels.
Residents reported that an oil depot in the village of Khotmyzhsk in the Grayvoronsky district is on fire.
A column of black smoke rising from the territory of the industrial facility can be seen on the published footage.
The reasons for the fire are currently unknown.
