Heartbreaking video shows frightened puppy rescued from rubble in Sumy after Russian attack

A terrified terrier trapped under the rubble of a house in Sumy destroyed by a Russian missile was rescued by a police officer, Ukraine’s Internal Affairs Ministry shared video on Telegram.
A two-story residential building was destroyed, while over 20 buildings and eight vehicles sustained damagesin the attack. A fire also broke out due to the early morning strike on Sept. 8.
