A series of explosions rocked the Russian administrative center of Volgograd and its suburbs, the Supernova+ Telegram channel reported on Telegram on July 31, posting photos and videos of an overnight drone attack, air defense operations, and fires.

Residents heard at least four or five explosions. Mobile internet service is disrupted across the city.

A massive fire broke out near the Kotelnikovo railway station.

The Russian Federal Aviation Authority, Rosaviatsia, imposed temporary flight restrictions at the Volgograd International Airport.

The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.

Just as an army needs soldiers, so does a free society need its journalists to ensure that people have access to honest, trustworthy voices to understand the world around them.

For the past five years, The New Voice of Ukraine has been working tirelessly to push back against Russian narratives and defend democracy. But we cannot do it alone.
