Drones strike Russian military depots in occupied Donetsk Oblast

Strike drones targeted Russian-occupied territory in Donetsk Oblast, triggering blasts in occupied Snizhne and Shakhtarsk, Exilenova+ monitoring Telegram channel reported on Sept. 11.
In Shakhtarsk, preliminary information indicates drones struck a storage depot potentially housing military uncrewed aerial vehicles or ammunition belonging to the Russian armed forces. Prolonged secondary detonations were reported at the scene following the strike.
Residents in occupied Snizhne likewise reported multiple explosions echoing across the town. Local Russian occupation proxies have not yet commented on the attack aftermath.
The strikes fit an ongoing pattern of deep-rear drone operations across Russian-occupied Donetsk Oblast:
Sept. 7: Drones struck temporarily occupied Mariupol, setting the Galaktika shopping center ablaze (formerly an Epicentr home-improvement hypermarket).
Aug. 15: A massive fire broke out at a Galaktika shopping center in occupied Donetsk. Monitoring channels noted that this was at least the third major fire targeting the retail network.
Aug. 10: Strike drones hit a Galaktika location in occupied Makiivka, igniting a structural fire.
Aug. 14: A Ukrainian drone strike completely burned down a Galaktika retail complex in occupied Yenakiieve.
July 21: A large-scale blaze erupted in temporarily occupied Mariupol following an attack by Ukrainian drones, likely striking a Russian fuel storage installation.
