Enemy holding positions, conducting UAV reconnaissance on southern front – General Staff

Russian invasion forces are concentrating their main efforts in the south of Ukraine on holding positions and preventing the advance of Ukrainian troops, the General Staff said in its morning summary on Facebook on Aug. 11.
It added that the enemy is conducting UAV reconnaissance very intensively.
The Russian military shelled civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of Mykolaiv, and 10 other settlements in the region. Airstrikes were carried out in the vicinity of six settlements.
The threat of missile strikes on military and critical infrastructure facilities on the territory of Ukraine remains, the General Staff said.
