Invading Russian forces have again attacked the center of Kharkiv with missiles, the mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, reported on his Telegram channel on Aug. 29.
There is no information about casualties from the missile strike as yet, Terekhov said.
"Two missile strikes on the center of Kharkiv,” he said. “It’s not the first time that area has been hit. One office building has been destroyed."
In addition, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Sinehubov, wrote on Telegram that a three-story building in the Kyivsky District of the city was partially destroyed as a result of the strike.
“Attack in the center of Kharkiv, Kyivsky district,” Sinehubov wrote. “A three-story building was partially destroyed. All relevant services are working and recording another crime by the invaders, preliminary – a missile hit. The type of the missile is being established by law enforcement officers. Information about casualties is being verified. According to current reports, there were no casualties.”
