Russian forces struck a food processing facility in Dnipro, causing a structural fire, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Oleksandr Hanzha reported on Sept. 10.
The strike ignited a blaze across the enterprise's facilities. Preliminary estimates indicate no casualties.
The Ukrainian Air Force earlier warned of inbound Banderol loitering munitions heading toward Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Detonations were heard across Dnipro at around 9:08 a.m., public broadcaster Suspilne reported.
The attack follows persistent bombardment targeting civilian and commercial sites across the oblast:
Sept. 9: Russian strikes hit Dnipro, sparking fires at a construction materials warehouse and inside a detached home. Two adults were hospitalized with blast injuries, while a 15-year-old youth was treated for injuries on site.
Overnight into Sept. 10: Russian forces launched an attack drone barrage against Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, damaging private residences and high-rise apartment buildings and leaving five residents wounded.
