Another meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine (named the “Ramstein format”, after the NATO base in Germany where the meetings were first held) will be held at the Pentagon next week, U.S. Department of Defense spokesperson Sabrina Singh said during a press briefing on Nov. 10.

According to Singh, U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin will host the meeting.

“This meeting will be hosted virtually, here at the Pentagon, and will allow for the secretary and ministers of defense from nearly 50 countries to discuss efforts to supply Ukraine with the means to defend its sovereignty from further Russian aggression,” she said.
