Russia advances towards Slovyansk – Ukraine’s General Staff

Russian forces are attempting to assault Bohorodychne, Mazanivka, and Dolyna as they advance south to Slovyansk, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine’s General Staff said in a Facebook post on July 4.
A Russian battalion-tactical group redeployed from around Izyum towards Snizhkivka, presumably for a planned Slovyansk offensive, the General Staff said.
Additional enemy artillery batteries have also been deployed in the area, it said.
