Russia ‘ready for talks’ about Ukraine neutrality
Moscow is ready to send a delegation for talks with Ukraine to Minsk, the Kremlin’s spokesperson Dmitriy Peskov said on Feb. 25.
According to him, any such talks would have to include Ukraine declaring its “neutral status.”
Earlier, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to engage in talks in order to “stop the bloodshed.”
