At least one person was injured, when an apartment complex in Kostyantynivka, Donetsk Oblast, came under Russian shelling, head of regional administration Pavlo Kyrylenko said in a Telegram post on July 15.

 “A five-story (residential) building in Kostyantynivka is Russia’s most recent civilian target,” said Kyrylenko.

“At least one person was wounded in the morning shelling, but exact casualty figures and extent of the damage done are yet to be established.”

Two more people were killed and two – injured, in Russian artillery strikes across a handful of other settlements in the oblast, according to Kyrylenko. One village was left without power and internet access, after getting bombed with cluster munitions.
