The Russian military launched a rocket attack on Kharkiv on the night of July 12, the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration Oleg Synegubov said in a post on Telegram.

"The Russians continue their tactics of intimidating the civilian population of Kharkiv Oblast,” he said.

“At night, the enemy launched another rocket attack on Kharkiv. At 3:30 a.m., two rockets struck between buildings in the city’s Shevchenkivskyi District. There are no casualties."

Synegubov also reported on the condition of the victims of the enemy shelling of Kharkiv on July 11.

According to him, the 4-year-old boy is undergoing outpatient treatment after receiving medical aid. A 16-year-old boy is in the hospital in a moderate condition, but his life is not in danger. All adult patients with blast and shrapnel injuries are in moderate conditions. All are provided with professional medical care, Synegubov said.

The regional governor also reported on the military situation in Kharkiv Oblast: Russian troops again shelled the Kharkivskiy, Bohodukhiv, and Izyum districts of the oblast at night. Private houses, farm buildings, and vehicles were damaged. Two people were killed as a result of artillery shelling in Zolochiv.

Synegubov said two children, aged 4 and 16, were among the 31 casualties from the Russian attack on Kharkiv on July 11. All affected were hospitalized.

Six people died in that Russian attack, including a father and son.
