Russian drones strike Kyiv Oblast, injuring civilians and damaging homes

Russian forces carried out a strike with attack drones on populated areas in Kyiv Oblast, causing fires and leaving several civilians wounded, regional authorities wrote on Aug. 8.

Bucha district came under enemy nighttime attack.

The officials reported that fires broke out in private residential areas, and several houses were damaged.

The attack injured three people — a 56-year-old woman, an 80-year-old woman, and a 16-year-old girl. Emergency services are working at the scene.
