Russia launches massive overnight assault on Ukraine with 153 strike drones

Russian troops attacked Ukraine with 153 strike drones, including about 100 Shaheds, as well as Gerbera and Italmaz UAVs, (starting from 6 p.m. on March 25), the Air Force reported on March 26.

Air defense shot down or suppressed 130 enemy UAVs as of 8 a.m., according to the military.

Hits by 16 strike UAVs were recorded at 11 locations, while downed targets and debris fell at five locations.

The Russian army launched strike drones against Ukraine on Mar. 26, triggering air raid alerts in a number of oblasts. The strike damaged port and energy infrastructure in Izmail, Odesa Oblast.

Russian occupiers attacked the Kholodnohirskyi and Novobavarskyi districts of Kharkiv with Shahed drones on March 25.

A strike was recorded near a residential building in the Kholodnohirskyi district. Cars caught fire: nine were damaged and three were completely destroyed. Windows in the building's apartments were also shattered.

A hit in the residential sector was recorded in the Novobavarskyi district. The gas network was damaged, and a fire broke out on the roof of a house. Windows in several private and apartment buildings were shattered.

The strikes left nine people injured, including a child.

The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
