Russian occupying forces shelled the building of Kherson Regional Art Museum named after Oleksiy Shovkunenko on the morning of Nov. 30, Deputy Chair of Kherson Oblast's Council, Yuriy Sobolevskyi, reported on Telegram.
"Russia is a country that fights not only against hospitals but also museums," he wrote.
He also posted pictures of the damaged facility.
In the past day, Russian troops mounted 18 attacks on Kherson Oblast, having injured four persons.
