Russian drone attack sparks fire at enterprise in Cherkasy Oblast
Downed Shahed drone debris fell onto the premises of a private facility in Cherkasy Oblast in a Russian overnight attack, regional governor Ihor Taburets wrote on Telegram on Aug. 29.
The attack caused a fire at the facility, with emergency services working to extinguish the blaze.
Russia carried out drone attacks on Ukraine throughout the night. Explosions were reported in Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Kyiv Oblast.
Drone debris fell in three districts in Kyiv, with windows and doors damaged in an apartment building in the Holosiivskyi district.
