Fire engulfs warehouse in Kherson's Central District following Russian airstrike
Russian troops struck a micro-district in Kherson, igniting a large fire in a warehouse and an open storage site for production waste, according to the State Emergency Service on Oct. 12.
Rescue teams had to temporarily evacuate multiple times due to shelling while extinguishing the fire, which was put out by morning, the State Emergency Service reported.
The Kherson Regional Military Administration warned that Russian forces were expected to strike the Central District of Kherson on Oct. 11, but no civilian casualties were reported.
On Oct. 12, local governor Oleksandr Prokudin reported four injuries in Oblast due to Russian strikes.
