Russians attack another fire department in Kherson, one killed, many wounded

Invading Russian forces have shelled a second fire station in Kherson, with the attack killing one person and wounding many others, Deputy Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko reported on Telegram on Jan. 6.
At least four explosions at the fire station were recorded. A private house in the area next to the fire department that was fired upon was also set on fire as a result of the shelling.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS), one fire fighter was killed in the Russian attack.
The Russians used artillery for their attack, as the press service of the DSNS reported on Telegram.
Russian troops also attacked a fire station in Kherson on Jan. 5. Fortunately, there were no casualties in that incident.
Earlier that day, there were reports that Russian forces were shelling the central part of Kherson. An 18-year-old boy died in that attack, local media later reported.
