Three people injured, nine private houses damaged in new drone attack on Kyiv Oblast

Three people were injured and nine private houses were damaged after Russia attacked Ukraine with Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones overnight on Dec. 19, Andriy Niebytov, chief of Kyiv Oblast's police, said on Telegram.
Law enforcers also found fragments of three downed enemy drones in two districts in the oblast, he said.
The aftermath of the enemy attack is being analyzed, he added.
Russia massively attacked the capital city of Kyiv and the oblast with Iranian-made drones on the night of Dec. 18-19. Ukraine’s Air Forces shot down 30 out of 35 drones launched at Ukraine.
Infrastructure facilities and private houses were damaged in Kyiv Oblast. According to preliminary reports, two people were injured.
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko confirmed explosions in the city’s Solomyanskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts, as well as a strike at a critical infrastructure facility. Some areas of Kyiv were partially cut off the power.
